Business Lease scores: Cars and Care is among the top car dealerships in the region

The sale of used vehicles under its own brand brought the leasing company high praise. In the nationwide survey Car Dealer of the Year 2025, it ranked 2nd among the best car dealers in the Bratislava region with the Cars and Care concept out of 862 car dealers.
 
The unique concept of selling used cars Cars and Care belonging to the company Business Lease Slovakia confirms its quality. In the nationwide survey Car Dealer of the Year 2025, it became the second best car dealership in the Bratislava region. "In recent years, we have been intensively dedicated to improving the customer experience and our sales services, and I am all the more pleased that this effort has translated into such a great result for Cars and Care," says Jana Smoláriková , Team Manager Remarketing & Retail Sales Business Lease Slovakia. The company is a provider of comprehensive mobility and, in addition to operational leasing, also provides the sale of used vehicles after operational leasing for individuals and legal entities through its own Cars&Care dealership, as well as short-term rental or other forms of mobility and service provision.
 


Several factors determined the success

The popular nationwide survey was brought by the largest automotive portal Autobazar.EU in cooperation with Autobazar.sk, Autovia.sk and Bazar.sk. The aim of the survey is to help those interested in buying a vehicle choose the right dealer. The survey is intended to motivate car dealerships and authorized dealers to improve the quality of their services. "This year, 31,805 voters decided on the result of the Car Dealer of the Year 2025 Survey, and out of 862 car dealers, they chose the one they wanted to vote for. I am therefore pleased that we have ranked so high in terms of the number of votes," says Jana Smoláriková.


According to her, the success of the Cars and Care car dealership was determined by several factors. "I see success as a complex combination of several factors, from a quality team, the right selection and condition of vehicles, through a transparent approach to customers and reliable partners, to effective marketing, a well-thought-out strategy, the right decisions, flexibility, fast processes and the ability to respond to specific and changing customer needs over time," she explains. According to her, measuring satisfaction is also an equally important factor. "We ask customers how satisfied they are with our services and we work with their feedback," she notes. An excellent result in the survey can therefore be considered satisfaction and one of the best feedback.

 

 

Smart connection will bring additional benefits
